By nurturing this connection through yoga, counselling, and creative expression, I aim to support you in achieving a balanced, fulfilling life. Yoga
With a 500-hour Diploma of Advanced Yoga Teaching, I provide a comprehensive and mindful yoga experience. My classes are designed to harmonise the mind and body, promoting physical strength, mental clarity, and emotional balance. My approach is inclusive and adaptable, making yoga accessible and transformative for practitioners at all levels.
Art
My artwork is a reflection of my journey and inspirations. The collections featured here are drawings I’ve created over the years, deeply rooted in spiritual themes such as tarot cards and yogic philosophy. Through my art, I explore and express the profound connections between spirituality and creativity, offering you a glimpse into the transformative power of artistic expression.
Mindset
As I work towards my Master’s in Counselling with a Bachelor of Arts/ Psychology, I bring a deep understanding of mental health to my practice. My years of experience in the allied health field enable me to offer practical, empathetic support tailored to your individual needs. I focus on helping you navigate challenges, shift your mindset, and cultivate resilience.
